Who is responsible

Enquiries and the processing basis

If you contact me by email or Instagram, I receive the information you choose to send through that service. Once enabled, the form will collect your name, email address and project description to respond to your request and discuss a possible project. Project enquiries are processed to take steps at your request before a contract. Routine correspondence and protection against abuse require an assessed legitimate interest. A blanket agreement to this policy is not required. There is no newsletter signup or automated decision about you.

What information is used

The three form fields are required to send an enquiry; using the form is voluntary. Do not include sensitive personal information. Cloudflare receives technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, request time and browser headers when serving and protecting the site. When the form is configured, Turnstile checks browser signals and a security token to help prevent spam. The server sends the token and IP address for verification, without the message body.

Service providers and recipients

Cloudflare hosts and protects this site. Resend is the selected email delivery service; online sending remains disabled while setup and review are completed. When enabled, Resend will receive your name, email address and message, and send the enquiry to the owner’s fixed Gmail inbox, dn.indexx@gmail.com, hosted by Google. Your email address is used as Reply-To. The operator must confirm the service agreements and provider roles before enabling sending. Email and Instagram links open services governed by their own privacy notices; they are not embedded here.

Processing outside Montenegro

Cloudflare operates internationally. Resend sends from the selected Ireland region but stores customer data, including message content and delivery records, in the United States. Its data-processing agreement includes EU standard contractual clauses; their suitability under Montenegro’s current law and any required regulatory authorization still need review. The owner’s Gmail service may also process data outside Montenegro. Cloudflare and Google arrangements remain to be confirmed before online enquiries are enabled. This draft does not claim that all required transfer safeguards or approvals are in place.

How long information is kept

The owner keeps enquiry emails for 30 days, then deletes them from the mailbox. Deleted-mail folders and mailbox backups still need to be checked. Resend states that email content and logs on this account’s Free plan are retained for 30 days, with backups retained for seven days. Those are separate provider periods; mailbox deletion does not erase every copy immediately. The form keeps your draft in the current page while you edit or retry. It does not save drafts to localStorage, sessionStorage or a website database. Closing or navigating away can lose the draft; browser autofill is controlled by your browser. The endpoint does not log message bodies. Cloudflare security-log retention remains to be confirmed.

Your rights and complaints

You may ask whether your personal data is being processed, request access and correction, and seek deletion or object where the applicable law permits. The owner may need to verify your identity. Further rights, including restriction and portability, may apply under the law governing your request. You can complain to Montenegro’s Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information (AZLP). If EU data-protection rules apply to the processing, you may also complain to the competent EU supervisory authority.

Language selection uses the URL. Fonts and images are served locally. This site blocks optional third-party analytics scripts. Cloudflare Web Analytics has been disabled for this domain. The Cookies page explains browser storage and security checks.
